​Booking Policy for Retreats
Thank you for your interest in booking a retreat with Harmony and Lifestyle Ltd. Please carefully review our booking terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth reservation process.
How to Book
To make a booking, please complete the online booking form and specify your preferred retreat dates. Our team will review your request and respond via email with availability details and further instructions.
Deposit Requirements
A 20% deposit of the total retreat price is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, but in certain circumstances, we may allow the deposit to be carried forward to another retreat date within 12 months of your original payment date.
Final Payment
The remaining balance of your booking must be paid no later than 30 days before your retreat start date. Failure to make the final payment within this time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Important Notes
Flights and Insurance: Flights and travel insurance are not included in the retreat pricing. It is your responsibility to arrange these independently. However, we will provide guidance on the most suitable flights and recommend the best time to book. Please do not book flights until you have consulted with us to ensure compatibility with the retreat schedule.
No contract is established between Harmony and Lifestyle Ltd. and the client until full payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your retreat. Please review our cancellation terms below:
30+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund of your deposit (100%).
0–29 days before the retreat start date: No refund of your deposit.
We may allow the deposit to be carried forward to another retreat date within 12 months of your original payment date.
If you wish to cancel your retreat, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellation by Harmony and Lifestyle Ltd.
While we strive to avoid cancellations, there may be rare occasions when we must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will have the option to:
Transfer your full retreat payment to another available date, or
Request a full refund of your payment, which will constitute full settlement.
Please note that Harmony and Lifestyle Ltd is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, including airline tickets, loss of work, or other associated costs.
Liability
Harmony and Lifestyle Ltd. accepts no liability for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes due to events outside our control, such as war, terrorism, airport closures, natural disasters, industrial action, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Medical or psychiatric conditions that develop during or after the retreat.
Health and Well-Being
Your health and safety are important to us. Please consider the following before attending a retreat:
Our retreats may include physical activities such as yoga and mindfulness exercises. We cannot be held responsible for injuries that result from a failure to follow instructions or act responsibly during these activities.
Participation is only suitable for individuals who can take responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being. If you are unable to do so, our retreats may not be appropriate for you.
By signing the screening form, you confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate in the retreat.
Additional Information
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change without prior notice. We will notify you in advance wherever possible if there are alterations.
Changes to Destinations or Itineraries: Destinations or schedules may be altered due to maintenance, mechanical issues, weather conditions, sickness, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform you of any changes as early as possible.
