When You Make a Booking To secure your appointment or service a valid payment card is required at the time of booking. Depending on your preference and service type, your card will be charged as follows: Deposit: A deposit amount will be charged to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be charged after the completion of your service. Full Payment: Alternatively, your card may be charged the full booking amount upfront. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking and payment information. Please check your email promptly to ensure all details are accurate. Free Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs wherever possible. However, please note that when you book a service with us, we dedicate a time slot exclusively for you. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client. Unfortunately, the booking charge is non-refundable in such cases. Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule Appointments In rare instances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, we will make every effort to offer a new appointment at no additional charge.
